Since its inception in 1987, members of EO have been building a global network to serve the unique needs of the complete entrepreneur. This innovative process has sustained a growing organization that has withstood—even flourished—during times of economic uncertainty, and now with a global footprint in more than 61 countries.
Make A Mark
I think it would be more accurate to say that EO made a mark on me as a person instead of the other way around. When news of the pandemic first broke out, I was paralyzed by fear brought about by the uncertainty surrounding the business and the heath and well-being of my family, friends and staff. My job at EO Engage helped power me thru this pandemic.

Thirst For Learning
My first EO Executive program has been with LBS and we learned there on how to create a clear strategy for growth. Immediately after the course I began to implement the learnings throughout our organization. The instant changes have been tremendous, people are rallying with a deeper sense of purpose, and change is more openly accepted. With the help of my mentors and learnings from LBS, I transitioned to my position in our organization to be the chief Growth and Development officer, a unique position that allows me to tap into any area of the business which needs to grow and develop faster.

Trust and Respect
Trust and Respect is a core value because it emanates from the DNA that entrepreneurs share as peers that have gone through the similar challenges, we respect each others experiences without question, and we develop our trust as 'brothers-in-arms' in EO by embracing our differences. This intrinsic value isn't found in many organizations.
