The Rizal Academy for Innovation and Leadership (TRAIL) is an educational initiative from leaders of Business and Civil Society intended to offer executive training programs and technical support for change agents and innovative leaders committed to societal transformation through their respective organisations or communities. Inspired by the structural reforms initiated by Dr. Jose Rizal, TRAIL was launched in 2011, the 150th birth year of the National Hero.
TRAIL is an affiliate of the Presencing Institute, MIT-Cambridge, a global awareness-based action research university for profound societal innovation and change. TRAIL is also a member of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL) Philippines, a founding member of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) Philippines, and an accredited learning service provider of the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) Philippines. Its list of clients include top Business and Government institutions committed to continuous learning and improvement and cutting edge innovation.
